Myofascial Release

A very effective hands on technique used to provide stretching and release to myofascial tissue to eliminate pain and restore motion. Fascia is connective tissue that covers every muscle, bone, nerve, artery and vein in our body, as well as all of our internal organs including the heart, lungs, brain and spinal cord. Fascia is deeply woven and when not stretched and relaxed can cause a multitude of problems including pain throughout the body, TMJD, poor posture and headaches.

Ear Candling

A hollow tapered tube is inserted into the outer ear canal and lit, smoke fills the ear canal and the warmth of the smoke gently dislodges foreign debris and accumulated wax.
